Is Feisty Fido For You?

This program is extremely effective, but only when enacted consistently
Before enrolling in we ask guardians commit to the following

  • Any anxious or reactive behavior requires a thorough medical check up to rule out underlying medical causes and assess for anti anxiety medication. Check out this video for a full discussion of when to involve a vet.

  • Reactive dog’s need their environment heavily managed. Guardians need to be committed to interventions that reduce problematic behavior and keep everyone safe. Check out this article for more information on reactivity management.

  • Guardians must be prepared to devote 20 - 30 mins per day, 5-6 days a week to therapy sessions to see progress.

  • There are no quick fixes for behavioral health, and we always need to go at the pace of the individual dog: we are often talking months and sometimes years to see reactivity resolution
